Day 1
Arrive in the afternoon to the Long Beach Island Region. As soon as you cross the causeway into Ship Bottom stop at our Visitor Center and pick up a visitor's guides, updated specials and customized directions for all your stops. Plan on visiting one of the many art galleries or take in one of the museums in the region and learn about the history and the women that made history at the Jersey Shore. Day 2
Spend the day shopping. Begin with a delicious breakfast at one the many popular choices. Take a ride to the fabulous Atlantic City outlets at The Walk featuring hundreds of outlet stores featuring top name designers and favorites or visit the local boutiques that offer unique items.Practice your swing, challenge your friends to a round of golf, either 18 hole or miniature. See a show in the evening, Surflight Theatre and STAC are two of the main venues to catch a concert, see a play or musical.

Day 3
Head for the beach. Stop at a gourmet deli along the way to pick up a picnic lunch and take a short ride to Barnegat Light House State Park, in Barnegat Light. Located along the Atlantic Coastline, Barnegat Lighthouse has been one of the most recognized landmarks for the past 150 years. Park Visitors can sunbathe, fish, bird watch or climb the historic lighthouse, walk the Maritime Forest Trail, visit the Interpretive Center and enjoy the seashore.After enjoying the views of Old Barney, stop by the Edith Duff Gwinn Gardens at the Barnegat Light Museum or check out Viking Village the largest commercial fishing fleet on the Eastern Seaboard, where the quaint fishing shacks have been converted to home décor and clothing shops.Need a little need the pampering after a day exploring the shore? Enjoy some downtime at one of our soothing day spas and salons. Consider taking a class and bring home a unique piece of jewelry, sculpture or art. Want to continue your day of activity? Rent some bicycles or schedule some surf lessons with our local sport shops.

Day 4
Head for Historic Downtown Tuckerton for the trip back in time. Stroll the shops and restaurants on the way to Tuckerton Seaport for a morning of exhibits and art held in this one of a kind attraction. Recreated buildings and demonstrators capture the spirit of the bay and the folk life of Coastal New Jersey. Pick up some souvenirs at the extensive gift shop that offers quality handmade items, distinctive jewelry or visit a local winery for the perfect finish to your getaway.
